Madelaine, a spirited and enterprising young woman, was the eldest of the Salcedo family to envision the possibility of creating a unique pizza experience that would captivate the taste buds of all who dared to indulge. With her keen sense of flavor and unwavering determination, she embarked on a quest to assemble a team of like-minded individuals who shared her vision.
Michael, a master of fishing , was renowned throughout the region for his skillful hands and impeccable technique. His love for outdoor activities such as biking and winter fishing. Would serve as the foundation upon which their culinary dreams would be built.
Mark, a master electrician with an insatiable appetite for experimentation, brought a creative flair to the table that was unmatched. His creative genius mind would push the boundaries of traditional pizza-making, earning the admiration of food enthusiasts far and wide.
Marbella, with her infectious laughter and boundless energy, infused their endeavors with a sense of joy and camaraderie. A culinary expert in baking goods and pastries, her warmth and hospitality will transform this humble pizzeria into a welcoming haven where patrons would gather to savor not only the food but also the sense of community that permeated the air.

And finally, Marius, the heart and soul of their operation, management skills and creative design virtuoso would infuse their work with a sense of purpose and passion that was palpable to all who crossed their threshold. This Restaurant 7MPIZZA is dedicated to our late Father , Marcelo , who taught us hard work, patience,sense of humor, service with a smile, and lifelong commitment to one another would keep this family intact for generations to come. Our Mother , Adelaida, who taught us generosity, respect for others, and being kindhearted is also behind the inspiration of this joint when she was once a great chef of a small cafeteria catering to blue collar people, tricycle drivers, parishioners and alike in the same exact location 35 years ago. Opening of this joint serves as a truly inspiring and dedication to all hard working people around the neighborhood and gets back to the same people we were all raised in by making each pizza affordable to everyone in the community.
Together, these seven individuals formed a bond that transcended mere friendship, bond siblings & partnership; they were a family united by their love for pizza and their unwavering belief in its power to bring people together. And so, the legend of 7MPIZZA was born, a testament to the enduring legacy of Madelaine, Michael, Mark, Marbella, Margaret, Marcelino, and Marius, whose names would forever be etched into the annals of culinary history.
